Combine inventory across multiple products

To link inventory across multiple products, install SKU Stock Sync and make sure the variants you want to link share the same SKU.

Example: blank white T-shirts with different graphics should share one SKU if they're fulfilled from the same stock.

How it works:

• Install the SKU Stock Sync app from the Shopify App Store.

• Complete the short automated setup process to connect your products.

• Done! The app will now keep inventory levels in sync.

After:

Now your current stocks will be kept in sync across all variants that share the same SKU.

When a products available quantity changes, Stock Sync will queue the product to automatically update the stock of its linked varinats to match.

Per-location syncing

Stock levels stay separate per location. If you have multiple locations (e.g., Warehouse + POS), the app keeps quantities matched within each location, never merged across all locations.

Verify it works

• In Shopify Admin, open a product whose variant shares a SKU with another product.

• Temporarily change its available quantity and save.

• In the app, go to Sync → Manual. You should see "Currently queued: 1"

• Click Sync to process immediately.

• Open History and confirm the before/after values for the updated variants, they should now match.

• Revert the temporary quantity change you made in step 2 to avoid stock discrepancies.
