[Introduction] Who we are. Fontaine Software provides Shopify apps for merchants. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It applies to our apps, websites, and support channels. [Data we process] Merchant Data (through Shopify): store ID, name, plan, email, installed scopes, billing status. Support data: messages/emails, crash reports, screenshots you send. [Sources] Data comes from you, from Shopify APIs/webhooks once you install the App, and from your use of our support channels. [Purposes & legal bases] We use data to: (a) provide and secure the App; (b) troubleshoot and support; (c) bill and account; (d) meet legal obligations. [Data sharing & subprocessors] We may share data with infrastructure and support providers strictly to deliver the App ("subprocessors"). We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising. [Retention & deletion] We retain Merchant Data for the life of the installation and a short period after uninstall for backups/audit, then delete. Customer Personal Data is retained only as long as needed for the App's feature and is deleted when no longer needed, on uninstall, or when we receive a valid deletion request. You can request deletion at support@fontainesoftware.com. [Shopify privacy requests] Our apps subscribe to Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks and delete or return data as required.
